Cancellations are not accepted for this particular item as tumblers are automatically sent in for printing and shipping immediately after you order. Due to the made to order nature of tumblers and limited warehouse space, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your tumbler arrives damaged or defective in any way, I will replace it for free. I'm sorry but I do not give refunds.
